THE COACH
Hi, I’m Austin Lauver but most know me as Coach Tino. I am the coach at Transcend Fitness Coaching. I specialize in helping people who want to build their self-confidence or want to put on weight, due to a fast metabolism. In order to make the change to a healthier and fit lifestyle, we would focus on consistent nutrition and exercise habits. Consistency is key to any fitness goal and I am here to motivate you. After working consistently on my body for three plus years, I find more joy in helping others achieve their goals each step of the way.
THE DIFFERENCE
The idea behind online coaching is to have a 1 on 1 customized experience, highlighting everything you need to reach your goals. We will focus on an exercise plan based on your personal goals and develop a nutrition plan structured around ideal calorie intake for specific needs, taking into account foods you enjoy. As your coach, I am there for positive accountability as you work towards your ideal body.
